Spray painting equipment that can develop a high air volume at low pressure (HVLP) by means of a two-stage tangential motor, which enables to limit the overspray effect, also reducing the dispersion of spraying materials up to 20-40% in the air, if compared to traditional systems. The air flow rate is controlled by means of a built-in electronic system – only for TMR80 and TMR140 – in order to optimise the quantity and finishing degree of the covering product according to its density/viscosity. The yield increases up to 60-80%, to the advantage of the operator’s health and of the environment. The system has been conceived to varnish and paint in an accurate, fast, safe way, thus resulting in a smooth and uniform surface. Moreover, the equipment produces hot and dry air (decreasing relative humidity up to 40% on the average), allowing a better and quicker material drying process.
The turbine is assembled to the anatomical support (TPC01N), a frame including a special spray gun called MAF1, directly connected to a 6lt-tank to increase endurance. The system is conceived to let the user’s hands free and to enable him to easily move. The turbine can be combined with all spray guns if separated from the frame.
The spray gun MAF1, supplied with PMR140, enables the user to apply several coverings, such as water or solvent* based varnishes and wall paints, on different media (metal, wood, masonry…). Thanks to its characteristics it ensures the atomisation of the covering product, wrapping it up in an air jet and gently and accurately settling it on the surface to be painted. It is possible to spray in different shapes by turning the air cap (vertical oval, horizontal oval or round) with a very limited overspray effect. The quantity of covering product can be adjusted according to its density/viscosity by means of an adjusting screw.
